二、用途及特点Uses and charicteristicses:
适用于架空输电线路,长期工作温度可达150,在满负荷条件下,其传输容量可比普通产品提高60%
The product is used in aerial transmission line .Max. continuous operating temperature can be 150.The transmission capacity of this product increases 60% than normal one.
 
三、性能  Properties
1、相对导电率:58%IACS20时电阻率不大于0.029726Ω.mm2/m.
Relative conductance :58% IACS(Max.resistivity at 20: 0.029726Ω.mm2/m)
2、加热至230,保温1h,冷却至室温时,强度保持率不小于90%
After heating to 230 for 1h ,and cooling to room temperature ,the tensile strength remained should not less than 90%.
3、线膨胀系数0.000023  1/
Longitudinal expansion coefficient 0.000023  1/
4、电阻温度系数0.0039  1/
Temperature coefficient of resistance 0.000023  1/

1、耐热铝合金圆线应符合《导电率58%IACS耐热铝合金圆线》的规定。
Thermal resistant aluminum alloy round wire should be in accordance with the standardThermal resistant Aluminum Alloy Round Wire of Relative Conductance 58% IACS.
2、镀锌钢丝应符合GB/T 3428《钢芯铝绞线用镀锌钢丝》的规定。
Galvanized steel wire should be in accordance  with the standard  GB/T3428Galvanized steel wire which is used in Aluminum stranded conductors steel-reinforced .

交货长度  Delivery length
1、绞线的交货长度应符合表中规定。任一绞线的交货长度允许偏差为±5%。每一合同的总交货量中,允许有5%不小于三分之一标准交货长度的短段交货。根据双方协议,允许以任何长度的短段交货。
The delivery length of stranded conductors shall be as stipulated in the tables.The allowed tolerance for delivery length of any strands is within 5%.With the amount of short strands being 5% of  the total length signed in the contract .the length for each short strand shall be not less than 1/3 of the standard delivery one.The delivery length can be decided through negotiation by both sides
2、绞线应成盘交货,并妥善包装。外段绞线允许成圈交货,每圈至少包扎三处,并妥善包装。
The strands shall be delivery in drum and packed carefully .The short strands shall be deliveried in coiling and tied up at least three points and packed carefully.
